FAQs

The USB port of a wired mechanical keyboard may be loose or in poor contact, the receiver of a wireless mechanical keyboard may not be properly plugged in, or the Bluetooth connection may be abnormal, all of which may cause the keys to malfunction.

Mechanical switches may wear out, age, or have poor contact after long-term use, causing the buttons to not respond normally.

If the keycap is not firmly fixed to the switch, the signal cannot be transmitted when it is pressed, resulting in key failure.

After long-term use, dust and dirt can easily enter the keys, affecting the normal triggering of the keys. For example, if you use it in a dusty environment, or if the grease and dust on your hands get on the keys during daily use, it may cause the keys to malfunction.
